Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I have been divorced for 6 years and have two kids. We attempted to deal with custody and child support in an amicable way and have never involved attorneys. We have split 50/50 custody. I left my ex with everything except debt. She kept house that we built and everything in it. I wanted my kids to stay in house so I paid her $800 even though our salaries were similar but under the condition if someone moved in with her I would no longer pay her that. 2 years ago a man moved in with her and of course she wanted me to keep paying but we agreed on $350 a month. Now she wants more money and of course now there is a $25,000 yearly difference in our salaries. Does everything I overpaid her, the house I gave her etc. in the past and our verbal agreement hold any weight or will none of that matter if she takes me to court?

No it doesn't. However, did you have the agreement in writing? Was it referenced in anyway in the divorce decree? If not on what grounds is this agreement enforceable?

You may have saved the attorney fees but it sounds that someone might not be entitled to what they thought the were. Quit being a cheapskate and talk to an attorney.
