How can one establish paternity when the father refuses to admit to being the father?

File for child support. The domestic relations office in your area must establish paternity prior to holding someone liable for support. A paternity test will be ordered. You should consult with an attorney to determine whether filing for support is the course of action that you want to take, based on all the relevant facts.
