Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My estranged husband, we have been separated for almost two years now. In this time he has been with someone else. But will not give me a divorce, I'm living in our house with our two grown Girls. Trying to pay all the bills having a hard time doing this House taxes from 2008 are due in less then a month and I just found out he has not paid anything to the IRS for taxes do. I want a divorce but can not pay for that also. I need help on what to do! stress is making me sick and a 2nd job (part time) might be do able but I work 6 days a week now! Is there any thing I can do to get out from under and divorce him?

Thank you for your time,

Deb

While Pennsylvania is a no fault divorce state, you are entitled to a divorce after a 2 year separation. I would suggest waiting for the 2 years to be complete and then file for divorce, custody, spousal and child support against your husband. you can request contribution of counsel fees from your husband as well. You may file with an attorney or pro se. There may be a free law clinic in your county or area to help with filing the complaint forms. I would also contact legal aid or neighborhood legal services. However, divorce is expensive and most agencies do not provide free legal help. It also depends on whether you have any marital property to divide.
