Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania
No Fault Divorce
I filed a no fualt divorse in 1995 my husband did not sighn the papers and it was filed in the courts. Scince that time I have not been able to reach my attourney, he apparently closed his practice. In 1999 my husband decided to hire his own attourney to complete it. I sighned the papers and never heard a word about it . I called the courthouse to inquire, they said it has been filed but not completed. My question is, is there any way I can complete the divorce without hiring another attourney and if so how do I go about accomplishing it.

Re: No Fault Divorce
If you want to move your divorce along, you need to hire an attorney. Otherwise you will have to wait for the court to act.
