Where to file for divorce
I will be moving to CA in February. I'm presently residing in another state. Should I file in the state I've lived for the past 35 years or wait until I reach my new location?

California is a community property state. It might be better to file her in PA. There could be some advantages but without knowing more, I can't say for certain.
