financial responsibility
When you seperate from your spouse and she moves out is she still responsible for the bills? mortgage, car, insurance etc.

Without getting a court order you will have to wait until the equitable distribution phase and assert the lack of payment as a factor in your receiving a larger share of the marital estate. I offer free consultations.
