Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

i'm asking this for a friend of mine. she is married, has a 2 year old daughter, and is pregnant with another mans child. this other man is alcoholic and a substance abuser. what can her and her husband do legally to keep this man out of the picture?

The presumed father of a child born of an intact marriage is presumed to be the husband. So they should not have to do much other then put husband on the birth certificate.
