Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My original custody agreement was in Maryland where my son and I and his father resided. My son and I now live in Pennsylvania. Can I request that the case be moved up here if we have to go to court over modifications?

Yes, that order can be modified in PA. Under the full faith and credit clause, sister states will honor and enforce each other's court orders.

If you would like to proceed with the modification and haven't already retained a lawyer, feel free to contact me for a free phone consultation.

One catch, you have to have lived in PA for 6 months.
