Re: gaurdianship of daughters unborn child with consent

First, what is your goal? Do you want to have parental rights over the child and terminate mom's. Or at some future date do you expect mom to step up and be the child's mom?

It seems to me you've reached a remedy without looking at the causes of action and potential long term possibilities.
