Grandparents Trying to Get custody

My in-laws are trying to get custody of my two children, ages 3 and 15 months. She is claimng that I am crazy and that I am not taking my medication. I do not have a presription for medication.

Can she get custody of my children?

How do they have standing to seek custody? If you marriage is intact they can't even get standing.

So she says you're crazy. That's a medical opinion so unless grandmother is doctor she can't even say that in court.
