Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Hi,

My wife and I been separated for about 2 years, I moved out. I claim the three children as dependents, but without my knowledge my wife claim all three children on her tax return. So I ended up paying back the taxes on my return. I thought this year we agreed that I would claim the children and she would claim the interest on the mortgage, that I have been paying for two years. that didn't happen, she claim the kids again. Is there anything I can do to stop this. She said she already filed.

Not really. Unless there is an agreement or something in the child support order not much you can do but take her to court.
