Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Husband

I need to know what I can do to get control over our finances. My husband has been controlling them for years and he is not doing a good job at it. He wants me to think he is broke but he is not.

Not much in an intact marriage. If he is not paying household expenses you may be able to successfully pursue an action for spousal support. Maybe the threat of these things will motivate him. Otherwise you can only take practical measures; ask questions, investigate, etc.
