Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My husband refuses to work. It has been 2 years since he contributed any significant amount of money. I mam in a lot of credit card debt as a result. Do I have any legal rights or courses of action to sue him for the money after I leave him? We own a house together or I would kick him out. Can I kick him out?

To have any rights of action including obtaining the exclusive use of the marital residence,you'll need to file for divorce.
