Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

income entitlement DURING marriage

i know in pennsylvania a non-income earning spouse is entitled only to sustenance from the earning spouse which is very unfair...would like 2 know if a prenup could be created to make both spouses equally entitled to the income, even if all the income is earned by only one spouse..thank you

Re: income entitlement DURING marriage

Sure; but why would you want to marry someone who only wants to give you food. It sounds like a serious lack of commitment and trust here. Marriage should be a 60-40 proposition; both ways. If he doesn't want to act like a person you can't expect him to live up to his prenuptial agreement either.
