Hi John, Thanks for your prompt answer.
However, in regard to you rationale reguarding a broken condom, in my opinion, this would be a completely different situation. The situation I'm describing is one in which a woman FALSELY claims to have had the procedure, then represents herself as being incapable of concieving a child, knowing full well that she was , in fact capable of concieving. It wouldn't be a matter of faulty birth control, it would be a matter of a woman LIEING, possibly with the intention of getting pregant through this misrepresentation.

I hope this make my question clearer. If so, what is your opionion?

There is no fraud exception to child support. Consider the proffered defective condom. That would be on point.

Given the risks of unprotected sex its your responsibility to protect yourself from the potential outcomes of the act.
