Can I legally take my 15 year old son and go back to Mississippi from Pennsylvania if I have solid proof my husband has been cheating for years?

No, under the new custody law if you wish to relocate you must notify the other parent. That parent can either consent to the relocation or if they don't take you to court and make you prove why it is in the best interest of the child to relocate to Mississippi.

Whether your husband has cheated or not is not necessarily relevant to the relocation. It would be in a divorce action.
