Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I live in the state of PA, I want to have my son's DNA tested against his sisters DNA. Their father did not sign his birth certificate and I am trying to get him on it legally and get him in the child support system. My son's father DID sign his sisters birth certificate so the court already recognizes him as her father. Can we have the two children's DNA tested against one another to prove that they have the same father and present that in court?

Thank you for your question,

If your goal is to establish paternity and use that as a basis for child support, only the DNA of the suspected father can be used.
