Marital Separation

My husband and I have been separated for over 3 years not legally separate however. He has a lot of credit card debt. In the event of his death am I resonsible for this debt or does it revert to the estate.

It depends upon whether the debt is joint debt, you can file for divorce at this time and/or file bankruptcy depending on your situation.
