Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Help! Mother of children is an obsessed alienator.

My fianc's ex-wife has been denying him access to his children for the last three years. He only gets to see them sporadically when gifts are involved. She tries to drag him into an argument when he picks the boys up. She "listens in" on the phone conversations and has to interrupt with rude derogatory remarks about us and my son. She refuses to provide him with information about school, sports, and medical matters. She is primary caregiver and he has partial custody and shared legal custody. We cannot afford a lawyer but do not qualify for legal aid. We have done everything pro se so far. We have over a hundred pages of provable documentation. We have filed two contemt charges agianst her and we are getting ready to file a third. Nothing has gone to trial yet because of the psychological evaluation. Do we have a strong enough case to proceed pro se?

You are not required to have an attorney in custody proceedings but it is always better to have one. An attorney knows how the system works and what the law is on custody.
