nullifying a marriage
Can a marriage be nullified/voided by the state if the marriage has been less than one year, and I had been deceived?

If you were fraudently induced into the marriage you may be able to file a complaint for an annullment. Otherwise you would be required to file for divorce to end the marriage. I highly recommend speaking with an attorney to discuss the marital dissolution and related economic claims. I offer free consultations.
