Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

If a person is court ordered to go back to work by domestic relations and they with all documentation that you have a severe back problem that could paralize you and you go back to work and reinjure your self is that neglagence on the part of the courts?

No. However, you do have grounds to appeal the order. You would need to have some documentation on your condition.
