Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

PFA Protection From Abuse

My daughter moved to another state, 3 months after getting a PFA for her & her daughter from her ex-husband. He is now trying to get visitation rights to see his daughter, is this legal when the PFA is for 2 years?

Unless his rights have been terminated, the father still has rights to seek visitation, separate from the PFA. Furthermore, if she moves to another state, then she should have gotten court permission beforehand to move to another jurisdiction.
