Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I recently purchased a gun safe from my son and found an old cell phone inside. The phone contains thousands of text messages that show that my son is buying / selling / using drugs with his children present. The messages stopped in September, 2016 when he purchased a new phone. His facebook / Messenger was logged onto on the phone and due to this, I was able to access his Messages, which also show the same types of messages that are current. This is the ONLY proof I have of the drug use / neglect and I have no way to obtain any other proof.

1. In Pennsylvania, can I legally use the phone messages in custody court and will they help being that they ended in September 2016?

2. In Pennsylvania, can I legally use the facebook Messenger messages in custody court (will the judge even accept either the phone or messenger messages) and if so, what will the penalty be for me accessing his account be? What are the laws that govern this situation?
