Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Retirement

My husband and I both worked. He made $80M last year. I made $32M. He is 34. I am 41. We are divorcing and I am getting the home along with the mortgage ($36M) and two other loans ($18M and $20M). He wants to keep his 401K $90M. Mine is $4.5M. I want to know if I am entitled to half. I can't contribute more than 1% because of debt. He has no debt. He worked full time and traveled during marriage. I worked full time and cared for children during marriage. I will also have to put three children through college. No time for education to advance.

Re: Retirement

Marital property is distributed usually as a 50/50 ratio. Each spouse entitled to this ratio ( or the ratio the court deems is equitable) for the assets that are acquired during the marriage. An in-depth analysis would be needed to determine the value of the assests (pensions)and or debts that were acquired or occurred during the life of the marriage.
