son is 18 lives in NY with me, has17 year old pregnant girlfriend in PA ...
My sonn is 18 lives in NY with me, his 17 year old pregnant girlfriend lives in PA with grandmother who is about to throw her out. What can we do legally to help this girl without taking her in my son's in his senior yr. of high school.he alternates between work and school making minimum wage. Can he be arrested for getting he pregnant at age 17?

Well it depends where he got her pregnant NY or PA. How old she was at the time he got her pregnant also factors in as well. In PA the age of consent is 16, in NY 17. Since he hasn't been charged my guess is he won't.
Well if you don't take her in she will have to live some where. You could just help her financially. Then again she should try to complete her education. What you do is pretty much up to you. She could compel your son to pay support.
