Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

My son was 8 months of age when we last had any contact and he is now nearly 7 years of age. Mother alienates child from me. Court granted mother sole custody with no right to me as father. During interim, mother has been sentenced and served time in jail for non-custody related crime(s). Court has never even entertained a claim I am not fit parent. Question: WHY AM I CONTINUALLY DENIED CUSTODY OF MY SON?

No idea. Without some review of the record there is not enough information as to why the case has turned out as it has.

If you have any questions feel free to contact me. The initial consultation is free.
