Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I am from South Carolina. I have lived in Pennsylvania for the last 2 years. I have a 4 and a 1/2 month old daughter. For the last year, I have lived with my boyfriend and his mother. I came to South Carolina last week with my child to visit family and to attend my Grandmothers funeral. I have decided that I want to live back in South Carolina with my daughter and family. My boyfriend said that he can get me for kidnapping if i dont return to Pennsylvania with our daughter. Can he do that? Do I not have the right to keep her with me? I don"t know any of the child laws for Pennsylvania. I don't want to loose my child.

He can try but he won't succeed. He could file for a custody order challenging your right to move back to South Carolina. If he doesn't do that then you could file for custody in SC once you're lived there 6 months.
