Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

Stopping payment.....

In the final divorce decree it stated that my ex-husband was to pay on 2 credit card bills that are in my name until paid. Now he informs me that next year, August 2008, to be exact he is going to stop paying them. Can't afford them. Can I place a lien against him or his business if he keeps to his word.

No. Once he stops paying then he's in contempt of court not before.
