Type Your Question ven though she makes more than him she can still get child support? Can she also have something done with the harassing phone calls and text messages . in there divorce order when she has the kiddos he gets to call and say goodnight between 8:00 and 9:00 pm then he starts wit harassing her .in the divorce court order she has some kind of soul custody ...

Even if she makes more she still gets support. yes she can especially text messages since they can be brought into court and shown to a judge. Phone calls can't.

I know she doesn't have soul custody. As to sole custody that also is not likely. Assuming dad gets some time with the children. Isn't a convicted sex offender or something like that.
