my uncle informed me two days ago that my grandmother who passed away on the 15th of February 2015 that i was to have my grandfathers guns and there was to be money for me but my cousin took it. I have two felonies and im, not allowed to own the guns but had planned on selling to help to secure a college education for my daughter after im gone( i have stage four colon cancer again, on liver and tomor in abdomen wall). if this was not written in the will how do i go about seeing my grandmothers final wishes are full filled?

the will should be probated at the register of wills for the county where the grandmother died. the executor named therein should do this and then take appropriate action or if he or she doesnt you can bring some action in the Orphan's Court against the cousin. I suggest you consult with an attorney as this is a bit more involved.
