How do you undo a legal adoption from childhood that failed and change birth certificate back to original birth certificate as an adult?

How did it fail? You can change you name back As to undoing the adoption I think that would be difficult to do. That said I'd love to hear your reasons. So call me tomorrow at 717-238-4043 and you can explain this situation.
