Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

I am waiting for the final paperwork on my divorce which should be in the next two weeks. However my ex keeps asking me to give back the engagment ring. The ring contains some of my family's diamonds. We were married for just under 2 years, do I have to give back the ring?

An engagement ring is a type of gift that is conditional. That is you don't have full rights to it unless the condition is fulfilled. Generally that means you got married. So I would say he doesn't have much of a case to get it back.
