Legal Question in Family Law in Pennsylvania

my wife wants me to sing for passports for my children to take them out of the country. she had a lawyer send me a letter stating if i do not i will have to pay her fees for the lawyer. I do not want my children out of the country? What can i do?

Do you have a custody agreement? Why does she want to take them out of country? Where does she want to take them? Do you have a good basis for your objection? What county are you in?
