Legal Question in Medical Leave in Pennsylvania

Change Employee Hire and Anniversary Date

Can an employer change the employee's date of employement and Anniversary Date from 05/07/01' to 06/02/01' after taking an approved Leave of Absence for nessary surgery under the ''FMLA''?

The reason for this question is that it will basically cost me one(1) month of Seniority with the Company and reduce my retirement contributions by an equal amount of Monies and time.

By this action they charging me for their unreimbursed Insurance Premiums that they tried to make me pay while I was on leave.

A company to which the act applies may not "retaliate" against a person traking leave. This might be considered retaliation. I offer free consultations. My contact information is in my profile.
