Legal Question in Medical Leave in Pennsylvania

employer violation

I currently have FMLA for my mother who has cancer. I have been told that I am required to submit verification for everyday that I have already used for FMLA. I have already submitted a medical verication form when I was granted my FMLA leave.

If your verifcation was ongoing there should be no requirement to receive clearance for each day. Violations of FMLA are serious and can bring large penalties on employers. I offer free consultations.
