Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania
The 15 year old daughter of a neighbor traded her mother's horse for another horse (neither horse has papers). The person who got the horse from the daughter refuses to return the horse as requested by the mother of the daughter. Is this a legally sustainable transaction? The state is Pennsylvania.

No while Garret v Daley concludes a 5 year may intend. A 15 year may not contract. especially when it when it's not her horse to begin with,
Question why s this your problem.?
