animal control citation

I feel that I am being harassed by my neighbor. This is the second time he has called animal control on my dogs. The first time I went to court, and the magistrate threw the case out.Should I seek legal help this time?If so what kind of attorney should I secure?

There is a lawyer named Joel Zand who is recognized nationwide as an expert in "dog law." You can check out his website (doglaw.com). Even though he is not a PA lawyer I would recommend contacting him. I am sure he can give you some guidance. Good luck.

I believe the issue here is your neighbor's attitude not the dogs themselves. The dogs are just the object he/she is using to harass you. I believe that a simple letter from an attorney to cease his harassment is the first step ( and the least costly).
