In a car accident case, does plaintiff have to attach policies of insurance issued to responsible drivers as Exhibits?

Hi,

If you are referring to policy of automobile insurance issued to you and you make reference to your policy in your pleadings, then you should attach a copy of your policy and label it "Exhibit A", Exhibit "B" and so on.
