Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

contract

residential hookup to city sewage line.contractor doesn't complete job wants money.i refuse to pay until completion.he sabotages system sewage spills into house.called,he still refuses to come out.i hire new plumber to finish job,he and the township inspector finds suspect item in trap.old contractor puts a mechanix lien on my property.what can i do to protect against lien and recover expenses for new plumber and clean up of interior of house?videos were taken.

If contractor sabatoged system he is liable for all consequences of his actions. Rule him to file a complant on the mechanics lien then hit him with counterclaimm in negligence and punitive damages. Yea, you will need a lawyer.
