Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

Getting personal property back

I moved out of my mother's boyfriend's house due to problems and now they will not allow me to get my property or my kids property out of the house. What can be done so i can get my stuff out of there? Is there anything I can do to get my things out of there. I have asked endlessly and they will not allow me to come get anything.

Re: Getting personal property back

I suggest you consult with an attorney. You are entitled to the return of your property. You might want to contact the police and report the situation to them. However, that may be counterproductive and should be done only as a last resort. However, I would report them if you are concerned that the property will be disposed of prior to taking any legal action. If I can be of any assistance please call. Gerald Hershenson 215-579-9390
