Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania
Property damage
We inadvertently removed 6 trees from our neighbors property. The property is irregular in shape and the boundry was about 2 feet further than we thought. The trees were 3-8 inches in diameter. What is our legal responsibility in order to compensate them?

Re: Property damage
You are responsible for the value of the trees. If you can't agree with your neighbor on the value, you can hire an arborist (a tree expert) to provide the value. Good luck!!
