Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

I recently went to criminal court with my mother, she actually took me because she said i was trespassing. I have lived in the house that she said I was trespassing in for almost 10 years now with my 2 kids and my father, which my father had passed away about 7 months ago. when my father passed I received a letter for eviction. In the month of feb. 2012 is when i received my first letter. anyway, I recently went to court (criminal justice center) and won the case against my mother. The judge was not happy with her, nor was the common wealth. The common wealth actually yelled at her. Now i just received another letter and I have to go back to court because from the beginning i went in with a lawyer that didnt do anything for me, i was so lost and didnt know what to do. so they had a piece of paper stating a few thing that my mother requested. which was, for me to pay a few bills, and for me to be out by june 1st. now i thought after me winning the case all that stuff was thrown out? I am not moving out of my fathers house until the judge says so. I have a WILL signed by my father and notarized stating that if anything was to happen to him, the house would be left to me. I spoke to the lawyer that won the case for me, but he said he doesnt do civil and that from the looks of things and the fact that i have a WILL I have a good chance on winning the house as well. he said for me to find a good lawyer that will fight for me. I really hope i can get some help. this would be a great stepping stone for me and my kids. im tired of arguing and fighting with my own mother over my fathers house, just incase this will help.. the house is in my mothers and fathers name. my mother left my father for another man about 10 years ago and i have been taking care of him ever since. my father was 86 and my mother is 55. If you can help i would greatly appreciate it
