Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania

What steps should I take now?
While playing indoor soccer my daughter (who by the way plays on a boys team but is not the only girl in the league)was called a very nasty name and pushed by the boy, not to be intimidated my daughter pushed the boy back resulting in him hitting the boards, the boy then turned around and punched her in the face causing her to loose both her contacts and her eye to swell. He was thrown out of the game, off his team and out of the league. I contacted the manager of the facility to in hopes of getting the boys information so that I could contact his family and ask to be reimbursed for the cost of the contacts. After the manager investigated the incident I received a phone call from him stating that he could not provide me with this information because the family requested that it not be given to me he apologized but it leaves me nowhere. My question is 2 weeks after the fact do I have a case and if I do what should I do now? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Well, you just talked to the facility manager. What about the league? The team's coach??
