I want to sue someone for pain and suffering. what is the statue of limitations after he has plead guilty to rape and assault do I have to sue him?

In order to determine what is the statute of limitations we need to figure out what grounds you can sue under. For that we need more information about the case. Usually for any personal injury case in Pennsylvania the statute of limitations is two years. However, you might have a lawsuit under several other grounds.
