Legal Question in Civil Litigation in Pennsylvania
a Yes or No would suffice
If a judge signs in an interlocutory order, and the defendant or plaintiff wants it reversed or vacated or whatever, I understand that the party has 30 days to appeal the decision. In the meantime, a motion for reconsideration has been filed. Does that stop the clock on the appeal countdown? I just read in a standard practice what I THINK means that the clock restarts at 30 days after the judge makes a decision on the reconsideration, did I read that correctly?

A yes or no isn't possible. Generally an interlocutory Order is not appealable at all. The rules on this are complicated.
