Unauthorized Service

A vendor pumped out my septoc tank without my or my wifes approval. My wife came home and found a bill for htis service in our door. We called them and they stated that we called whcih we had not, then it was you are on our recurring service but again no phone contact was made prior to the service. Am I obligated to pay them. I do not believe I should.

If you initially signed up for a recurring service then they may be authorized by the contract to perform the service at regular intervals. It depends on the contract.
