Legal Question in Immigration Law in Pennsylvania
My brother applied I-130 for me and it is approved on 2014/10/28 any my case transferred to National Visa center (NVC) . Base on information in website I need to wait at least 10 years to proceed my visa. Is there any way to fast the procedure?

Unfortunately, you must wait until your priority date is current. Sibling petitions take a very long time. Keep checking the Visa Bulletin monthly.

You can immigrate more quickly if you are educated and can obtain employment. Since your likely going to have to work to provide for your family when you arrive, now may be the best time to either increase your education level or if you already hold advanced degrees then try to find an employer willing to sponsor you.
