Legal Question in Immigration Law in Pennsylvania
I am on an F-1 student visa. I met my wife when I got to United States.She want me to become a permanent residence so I looked up the procedures on immigration.My wife has a misdemeanor(reduced felony after investigations) record in NJ,we live in another city currently,does this mean I can apply for a greencard because of my wife's record?

In most cases, criminal convictions of a US citizen petitioner are not taken into consideration. Only some convictions matter.
