Legal Question in Immigration Law in Pennsylvania

I am in united state without any documents. I came on someone else's visa and now i want to go back to my country, India. I have my original passport, birth certificate, social security which i got it on my passport with some stamp on it, driving license, and i am student here.

If you have a valid national passport, then you should be able to purchase a one-way ticket to your home country and return to resume residence there.
