Legal Question in Intellectual Property in Pennsylvania

Can I use another companies logo in my advertising?\nI develop websites and I encourage my clients to advertise their websites in print. Sometimes the URL is kind of long but a reliable search term is much shorter. Example:\nwww.raysmarketplacelinesville.com or search google or yahoo for rays linesville. \nMy question is, can I advise my clients to use the Google and Yahoo logos in their print ads instead of just the words, Google and Yahoo? Could I also use the logos, in that context, on their websites?

I do not know the answer to this. It seems to me that both Google and Yahoo are more than happy to have people use their names for any legitimate purposes.
